Course 2
LITIGATE, NEGOTIATE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTIONS
Learn that his truth is his reality your truth is your reality. This understanding helps create a no fault. This helps to create good dialogue when you understand that equation.

MISUNDERSTANDING POLICIES IN A COUNTRY, IS IT DICTATORY?
Learn to work with other systems. Learn how to get other systems to know you.

HOW TO GET MONEY OUT OF THE COUNTRY?
Learn the dos and don’ts. Some countries only allow so much money out of and in to their country.

Course 3
MANAGING FROM THE TOP
Learn to be proactive and find a resolution. You must learn creative ways to put your image out as the leader. Look to integrate your narrative everywhere. Micro managers never lead at the top.

LEARN HOW TO DO IT RIGHT
Learn to create a method of transparency and equity.

NARRATION DIPLOMACY
Learn to take only the part you want them to have, and you narrate it for your benefit.

Course 4
CONTENT FRAMING
Learn to frame only the content that your potential client need. Everyone doesn’t need everything.

INFORMATION OVER LOAD
Learn why we have information fatigue. Why we are giving others to much information.

CREATE YOUR OWN CONTENT
Learn to create your own content. Learn ways to interrupt a system. This is where people lose it when they don't have enough content.

Course 5
UNDERSTANDING IS EVERYTHING
Learn how to understand conversations.

ASKING THE QUESTION AND OBJECTION
Learn how to ask questions, ask real questions to figure out how things work in another country. Example……Ask real questions like what does this curriculum look like when it's taught in your country? Will it be taught on a chalkboard or computer? Will it be through the zoom or in person?

JUST BECAUSE YOU HEARD IT DOESN’T MEAN YOU KNOW IT
Learn to listen to what is being asked. When you hear it, you run it through your knowledge grid. It doesn't mean the other person knows what your knowledge base is of what you asked.

DIFFERENCES
Learn to see another view of someone else. Learn that our differences are what makes us unique it’s not wrong it’s just another view.

DEFINITION of UNITY
Learn how to define clearly what you’re looking for if you don't define what you're looking for there will not be cohesion in the project or the program.

DISAGREEMENTS ARE NOT THE END GAME
This is something that has to be learned, disagreements just mean our structures are not aligned so there's no agreement.

INNOVATIVE WAYS
Learn how to work in other countries. Example…..Coming from a western mind our stuff is so digitized there’s no need to work with someone in a village.

DIPLOMACY IN YOUR BUSINESS PARADIGM
Learn how to work with different leaders. When you work with different leaders that want to implement something new, they have a way of bringing you to the table to sell you on what they want.

DIPLOMACY FOR SUSTAINABILITY
Learn how to develop caring long-lasting relationships were people trust you.

WHAT DOES A SUCCESSFUL NEGOTIATION LOOK LIKE?
Learn what a successful negotiation looks like for two people that have worked to understand each other whether they can move forward or not, clarity of who you are. This means I can work with you which is good, or if I can't, so if I know I'm not going to waste time.

WHAT DOES DIALOGUE LOOK LIKE?
Learn different methods of communication on how people communicate.

ADVOCACY
Learn how to create the information and how to show your solutions.

Course 9
DYNAMIC CULTURAL COACHING
Learn the component of dialogue and create your own model for your narrative at our coaching school.

WINNING STRATEGIES
Learn to give your insight once you’ve done the due diligence to establish a proactive strategy. 

ETHICS AND OPERATIONS
Learning how countries and people operate, to keep your integrity.
  
Course 10
EVERYDAY LIVING
What does the reality of a day look like? Knowing what you do gives you space to do other stuff. Does everyday life help fulfill the mission to move to another task?

ASSESSMENT, TRACKING YOUR PROGRESS
Learn how to access what you want to accomplish by tracking the process.

MENTOR COACHING
Learn the difference between mentorships and a coach.
